Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Striv app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Striv app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Striv app on iPhone
Update Striv app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Striv iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Striv on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Striv network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Striv not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Striv app issues:

Force Stop the Striv App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Striv app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Striv to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Striv App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Striv app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Striv.

Fix Striv unable to contact server/ Striv internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Striv » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Striv » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Striv on android.
