I’ve used this app for years and not had a complaint until now. Suddenly it’s started losing count. To be fair this only happens at a very high count rate of 3 taps per second or higher, so it will still work for what most people ask of it. I, however, use this app for material take offs on construction prints. The count MUST be correct or it will cost me my job. Today I did a take off and the counter read 73. My instincts from 25 years of doing this job told me something was wrong, so I counted manually. The actual count was 127. Then it happened again on the next sheet: 94 indicated, 163 actual. I downloaded a different counter app and got correct counts in both cases. Sorry, but I’ve no use for a counter that loses count.
Doesn’t keep track

I would like to keep track of daily counts and start over each month. If the app could save each day and month’s count, it would be a perfect and easy way to compare months.
I love the customization with colors and arranging which made me hold onto it for so long and try to find solutions outside the app to keep track of monthly totals but it’s getting too much. Even when I set my counters back to 0 to start over the next month it counts it as a loss instead of just counting from scratch.
Main reason I have to let go of the app: it doesn’t keep track month to month so comparing would be made easy. I would love to come back to this app if that were implemented
Serves its purpose

I use this to track my outbound dials, contacts made & appts set at work.
Very convenient to be able to open one counter & enlarge the button. My ratio favors my outbound dials by far, so I usually just leave that counter open. Also, the feature that allows you to check the time stamps. Sometimes I forget to track for a few mins, but I can check the time I last added a tally & find that call in my phone system, and just add the amount of calls I made after.
My only complaint is the pop up adds that take up the whole screen. Very frustrating when I accidentally click on them (bc I don’t always look down at my phone to tap the button) and I don’t even realize until the next call or two.
