Not only does this start up not pay its employees, they cannot support the software they sell. Would be surprised if they can maintain the METRC compliance in CA. Don’t use if you don’t want to be audited.

Blaze Retail failed us. It has too many bugs which screwed up our payroll and cost us money. And the response from their support desk on important matters ranged from unsatisfactory to nonexistent.

Gave this a shot after using two other systems for my delivery dispensary. It's so much easier for my drivers and managers to use. Members love the digital signature and we love not having to deal with the member agreement paper work. Highly recommended for delivery dispensaries!!!

Zero reliability. Every night the numbers on blaze do not match. Not even after waiting overnight to re pull reports or insights. They have issues and they’re lying if they say otherwise.
