Where can I purchase the usb charging cable for the babyshark vacumn?

Vacuum part stopped working/shorts out and creates the entire Vacuum to stop working! How do I fix this?

Hi, I purchased a baby shark goodnight singing plush toy and the fin lights up like a little night light and it’s not even 2 weeks I have it and on one of the fins where you press the button so that it sings does not work! I paid this toy about 30$ at toys r us! Very disappointed! And my son keeps pressing on the button and cry’s cause it doesn’t sing anymore! What a waste of money and stressful for me!

My inlaws purchased a baby shark vacuum for Christmas for my 2 year old daughter she played with it until it died I went to go plug it in and the charging port was pushed into the vacuum and wasn't able to be charged. I returned that vacuum just yesterday to get a replacement only to have it do it again and I was extremely careful this time to make sure I wasn't too hard pushing in the plug. It's not a very good design, unfortunately now I don't have the box to return it to Walmart because I stupidly threw it away so what am I supposed to do with a broken vacuum?

I purchased bath toys baby shark for our three year old he slipped in the tub and landed on the baby shark toy the tail was so sharp it cut his butt hole area and he was bleeding it hurts him and he is in diapers so when he poops he cries the toys are way to sharp and the tail and pointed areas should be rubber not hard and sharp it caused bad bruisingand marks I’m very upset and want to contact the news in our state so they can contact the main person of your company my son loves baby shark and I’m very dis satisfied that this occurred call my Number please I would like to hear from somebody in the company who makes these bath toys 3852850073 my name is Valerie thanks

I purchased a baby shark vacum for my grandson. The vacum will not charge. Would like to be reimbursed or a new battery and charger. He played with it for 20 min :( was very excited for it ! Now has a toy that he can't play with.

The charge port pushed right in after two charges I took it apart to fix it and the circuit board wires were ripped and port was not in place trying to find customer service to return this for another my kid loved it when it worked

Do these messages get answered? Bought shark sandals for my 1 year old we were walking and they fell apart she cut scraps on her knees!! The store refuse to take them due to covid!! How do go about returning or new pair?? This product is priced high and its material should be quality too!!

I bought my grandson a baby shark, Pinkfong Baby Shark Singing Plush Clips – Baby Shark - By WowWee for Christmas. I only get my grandson on Wednesday for the day and last week 1-13-21 baby shark quit playing his song when pressed. I'm really upset that the batteries in this toy only lasted a few hour. He carries it around more than playing the song. Is there anything you can do to resolve this problem? I don't think it should have died that soon. Thanks Michael

We just bought the Smartstudy Pinkfong puzzle and when we took the piece's off and put them back in one at a time the mommy shark would not work the others did but not that one would Not play mommy shark song please contact me back via email thank you
