Easy to use, but wish it had sound notifications!
Overall, this is a decent app. I am thankful for it monitoring my intervals so that I can just focus on performing my HIIT workout. However, I really wish there was some sort of beep/buzzer or at least a vibration to let me know when I need to switch from workout to rest and vice-versa. Then I’d give this app 5 stars!!

Limit to once per day
You are only allowed to use the app for free once a day unless you pay for the premium edition. As other users noted the rounds completed are not listed, so you’d have to guess what round you are on. Other than those two complaints, the app is well designed.

Stopped working
Was using this app for months and loved it. Went to go use it one day and the sound function was completely different. Not sure if it was an update? But it muffles my music now to about 1/3 the volume so im nearly working out in silence but the countdown screams at me on full volume. So frustrating. No way to fix it. No settings. No preferences. Help center sucked. Tried to search sound or volume and not a single help article. Ended up deleting the app. Not to mention it threw off my workout by 30 mins having to mess with it and then find a new app. Huge bummer.
