I’m sorry very to have to write this. I’d been playing this game for 2 months - and loving it. 5 stars. Many hours a day. One of the best apps I’d found. Real-time racing against 3 other opponents - awesome. There were some ads but it was manageable (a good mix of play plus advertising). BUT — in the last update - disaster. They completely reworked how and when ads are shown. They added a banner ad TO THE RACE SCREEN (mid bottom) which is so distracting, you can’t even race. Plus one of the ad partners is a virus so it kicks out of the game and opens virus windows in Safari. Then when you’re done with that one race you have to click more ads on each screen just to move on. And the ads are now “two X” clicks. Meaning you click one X to close the ad but the ad continues and makes you click another ad to fully close it. I understand ads are a part off app programming and I’m willing to endure (and even watch) some. But you cannot completely destroy your gameplay and user experience. SUP - please rethink ad design and placement for this game. I’m telling you - you have made a HUGE error in judgment and design and you need to fix it ASAP if you want to keep your customer base.

Been playing this game for a year plus. I was on level 72. Yes the game always had its glitches but there was an update to fix them. This time around the game kept kicking me out of my club (one I created). However I found if I uninstall and reinstall, it works again. Well on one of those reinstalls my data didn’t load. I uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times before going through with the training to see if my data would load that way. It did not.

I contacted support 2 times. They eventually got back to me and after 2 emails they said there was nothing they could do and sorry. They sent me 200 diamonds and ONE treasure box for my troubles! Like forget that. I’m never playing this game again. I had about 8,000 gems. Crazy amount of coins that I used to upgrade my cars. I had many cars. My club! (It still shows that I’m apart of it and my lvl 72.)

All that time spent on trophy rushes and racing and it’s all gone. They tell me sorry and expect me to keep playing with what they sent? I’m not doing that again.

Been playing this game for a couple months now and was really enjoying it. Fun quick 1v4 races with power ups and track obstacles. Ability to level up your vehicle. Ability to get bonus prizes if you were willing to watch an add. Etc. etc.
Then after an update all the sudden every time I finished a race I had to watch an add. Every time I opened a chest I had to watch an add. I was watching more ads than I was playing the game. When the races last under a minute and there’s three to a series you’re having to watch 3 adds every 4-5 minutes. Some ads load upside down. Some have two parts with 10-30 sec. wait to close options. Some are instantly able to be closed (but not many) It’s incredibly frustrating!
That mixed with the ongoing, but now more prevalent, bug that causes your car to change lanes without any user input (most of the time causing devastating race results) has me pushing this app out of sight. Most likely I will very soon be uninstalling. It’s upsetting it had to end this way.
