There is no wifi on the train and it is in a tunnel. So if you buy them in the app you have no way to get to your tickets and will lose your money when the ticket collector comes by. We showed him the emailed receipt but could not open the attachment. He took pity on us but the process is a scam. It would be a huge improvement if the tickets went to Apple Wallet As a note, the train is €13, far more than Berlin or Amsterdam and has no wifi. Much of the trip has no cell service. It is also almost an hour long train ride. By the way, it is not an Express in that it makes station stops and it must share the track with other trains as it stops and starts repeatedly.
