App rarely works correctly

Been getting emails about an error code on a customers system. Last night I could login and view the customers system. This morning I can’t find a single customer with an evolution system. Sometimes Bryant will connect to equipment other times it won’t.
An embarrassment!

Bryant is complete junk. I work for a this app dealer and need this to look up parts for my job. Bryant doesn’t communicate well with HVAC partners and I haven’t been able to log on for years! Even though I know my password and can easily change it. It’s an embarrassment in front of customers and makes this app look bad.

As an installer for this app systems I am extremely dissatisfied with Bryant to board setup. After a long day installing a nice system trying to link my phone to the board takes anywhere from 1-15 minutes every single time. Not sure if it’s just me but not something I want to toy around with after a long day. No issues with product I’m installing just the board communication to my phone is awful. Get rid of NFC pleaseeee
