An embarrassment!

This app is complete junk. I work for a Bryant dealer and need this to look up parts for my job. This app doesn’t communicate well with HVAC partners and I haven’t been able to log on for years! Even though I know my password and can easily change it. It’s an embarrassment in front of customers and makes Bryant look bad.

Been getting emails about an error code on a customers system. Last night I could login and view the customers system. This morning I can’t find a single customer with an evolution system. Sometimes the app will connect to equipment other times it won’t.

As an installer for Bryant systems I am extremely dissatisfied with this app to board setup. After a long day installing a nice system trying to link my phone to the board takes anywhere from 1-15 minutes every single time. Not sure if it’s just me but not something I want to toy around with after a long day. No issues with product I’m installing just the board communication to my phone is awful. Get rid of NFC pleaseeee
