THIS IS A SCAM!! I have sent mail after mail asking for help and received no good help. I cannot get VPNPro to work properly. It is still on the screen to start my free trial or upgrade my subscription. If I click on any of those it tells me I’m currently subscribed. One of the emails I received from them told me to click on the menu and remove ads. I would if there was a menu. But THERE IS NO MENU! Yesterday I called the customer service phone number in VPNPro by direct clicking on it. What a surprise! It goes to a Mattress Company!
The only thing that did work is when I first clicked on subscribe, it took my money.

What happened to my 106 free days Of ads deposit ??? It’s not fair!!! Its shamefull!!!!

I’m really disappointed in this as I just paid for a years subscription then had to pay for it again.

I’ve been waiting for a response on the issue to no avail.

This is stupid every time I go into VPNPro it brings up a pop up for premium vpn but I didn’t want it so I tapped on “Restore Previous Purchase” and then it brings the same pop up again and then it takes forever to load.

I literally just paid the $9.99 per month, and it takes forever to connect, and it hasn’t connected for me yet! I want my money back!

I'm getting charged for VPNPro, but when I open it, it wants me to pay again? How do I get this fixed?

I have both free vpn and vpn pro from this company, both didn’t work from China . Waste of money.

i paid for VPNPro hoping to be rid of advertisements and use the vpn service as much as i wanted, but in order to use it for more than 2 seconds you have to watch advertisements. if i wanted to waste my time with those, i would have stuck with the free version. /: there is no reason i should have to pay a monthly fee to avoid advertisements that were supposed to be removed with the money i already paid to get the pro version and using the service for longer than a minute shouldn't require i monthly payment either. it was good two weeks ago, but i updated it and now im finding that it'd probably be better off just sticking with the free one. i should not have to 'earn minutes' by watching minute long advertisements only to be rewarded with barely any time. i highly regret spending money on this.

The price tag on VPNPro is for a week of the ad-free vpn service. After one week you will have to purchase a new subscription to the service. This is not a one-time fee nor is it really worth the price tag since the actually free version only has a few ads to get hours of vpn time
