Made it to over 100 quintillion. Left for a month and came back and now you can’t win anything at all. Plus they will take chips from you account and drop you from whatever you have to 9.2 quintillion even when you have 100quintillion then when you ask them to put it back they say they can’t. So don’t play this game it’s a scam. They don’t mention a server limit and god help you if you spend money after that point cause they will take it and not reimburse you. And I did contact your customer service and you said “we can’t help you cause of the server limit” but that’s a terrible excuse. You remove 100 quintillion from my account and “can’t put it back”. So it’s pointless I tried to communicate with you guys on multiple occasions and you come back with excuses. So I quit. Pretty awesome you went from the best slots that stood apart from the competition to being like every other slots game on the apps store that’s just a cash grab.

Lately I’ve been having problem after problem with this game for one the club I’m in I can’t see the season competition that we are in an what place we are the donation tab is on a person’s name an I can’t take it off so I’m continually donating to them I never receive the coins from the place we come in in the super lucky league an I have contacted customer support over 8 times with no contact back an that was over a day ago all I got was some automated chat person who I told my promblem to an out of the 10b coins I done lost the automated person only gave me 10m an I can’t even be mad he’s a fake person but gave me something unlike the real support who has not tried to contact me 1 time regarding my promblems an I spend money on this game cause it was fun to play an they have good cheap deals but now I’m so fired up with how this is going...sincerely a LOYAL CUSTOMER...

Loved the game until I was lucky enough to get my coins built up to over 100Q. Suddenly I looked at my coins and they had been reduced to 10Q. I wrote to the company only to find out there is a SERVER LIMIT on what you can have. I never did get a real answer on whose server, but I can guess!! When I questioned them about the Jackpots being way over the Quintillion amount I was told that it was a “visual glitch “ that they were working on and if someone did win it, the amount would be reduced to the server limit. This is Fraud!! Since they are NOT letting people know this, I thought I would!! It will probably never be posted, anyway.
