Close and restart the TapTempo app on iPhone
Update TapTempo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TapTempo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TapTempo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TapTempo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix TapTempo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TapTempo app issues:

Force Stop the TapTempo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TapTempo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TapTempo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TapTempo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TapTempo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TapTempo.

Fix TapTempo unable to contact server/ TapTempo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TapTempo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got TapTempo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TapTempo on android.
