I like the benefits and rewards program, but it seems really antiquated to have to fumble for a card, swipe it, remember and enter a pin when others have gone to mobile pay. A few clicks - using iPhone X face recognition on my phone - and I can pump gas or buy something in the store. I keep waiting for you guys to update MyIRVING . I would give this a higher rating if that feature was included.

The only real use for MyIRVING is to find a nearby Irving station. What makes it even more disappointing is that other fuel companies are doing amazing things with their apps, like letting you buy your gas via MyIRVING , so as a user your expectations for a good fuel app are driven by what these other companies are doing.

One thing I found particular frustrating is that if you’re trying to enroll your Irving Rewards card in the Irving debit pay program, they don’t tell you that if you’ve already enrolled for debit pay with another company, e.g., Cumberland Farms, the account you set up with that other company counts as an existing account. So, for the purposes of the company administering the debit pay program (it’s name is Zipline), you’re already a customer with an account.

I spent almost an hour sitting in the gas station parking lot trying to create a debit pay account, but MyIRVING kept giving me errors. It was a weekend, so I could get no help by phone. Finally on Monday when I could get a live person, that person explained the quirky relationship with Zipline, that my Cumberland Farms account meant I was already a customer at Zipline.

Irving could do so much with MyIRVING. I hope they do.

I've had MyIRVING for a few years now and the only option available is to find a location and show you the history of your purchases. Unlike the Cumbies SmartPay app you can't use it to pay for anything and you don't get rewards for doing so. You also don't get any information about what you can buy in the store or if they have any store deals. I don't see the point in even having it as half the time I needed to get a location while traveling it led me to stations that were either under construction or completely closed. Useless.

I don’t have any use for MyIRVING! I assumed it would Bluetooth my purchase and let me know my transactions was and how much I saved. Like Cumberland Farms. Instead I have to use a card and then
I get an email! Which only tells me my true expense. I use the slips to update my checkbook transactions only to realize that the amount is wrong later when I go through my statements.
Worth the drive to Cumberland Farms. There aren’t any on my commute. And I save $.10 every purchase. Not for 90 days, not $.06. All the time.

I have used MyIRVING multiple times and recently within the last 2 weeks, every time I start MyIRVING up, it says “initiating fail” I attempt to do it again, and it says the same thing. I would like to use the rewards app, and have enjoyed it while I was able to to so. I hope that they fix this issue soon so I can continue to use this.

Glitchy, links you back to the website constantly, can’t link to debit pay, and you still have to bring your stupid rewards card physically with you!!!!! I made an account and it’s verified and I still can’t login! With all the technology out there this should even be an issue. Exxon/Mobil app is lightyears Agra’s of this one and int glitchy or linking you to the webpage, and you don’t have to even find a physical card to create an account or use the rewards!

I tried to use MyIRVING on several platforms and can’t even get authentication done as every time I do it says there is an error. This seems to be a very common issue as lots of other reviews with the same issue. How can I trust your company with sensitive information like my bank account information, the last for of my social, or driver’s license number when something as basic as signing up can’t be completed without major issues.

Just registered and tried to put my account information, now it says wrong email or password. Website has no sign in option. Doesn’t look like they care about their very low tech website. Hopefully they will improve in the future and I will try again. It took four days to make it work to my wife. This is my day one try so hopefully it will work after trying next several days or months.

I love the rewards program but MyIRVING can’t compete with Cumberland Farms. I really don’t like having to use a card to purchase gas. Cumberland Farms knows what station you are visiting. All you need to do is put in the pump number on your phone and your good to go. Irving could also have the option to add a card to my iPhone wallet since my local Irving accepts Apple Pay at the pump.

Very confusing app to use. Still can’t get it to work after some real time trying. I’ve even gotten different card thinking maybe that was the issue but it was not. I’ll always go there but sad I can’t get savings and little extras they say you get but I can’t even see them lol!!

I wish you had a feature to put it into apple wallet so if I don’t have my card it is on my phone

App is difficult to use. Can't access one page directly from another, have to go back to home first. And actually getting your online game tickets seems to be hit or miss

Not sure why but i can look up what I've spent at your stores but i have 0 a big fat 0 for a reward so far. Cashiers have no clue about the rewards program and barely know how to put a purchase on the rewards card, basically feel like i got tricked into wasting my time. If its not corrected shortly im deleting app cutting up card and hitting cubbies for my fuel n other needs.

MyIRVING gives an authentication error each login attempt. Tried to visit online site and it says my password is wrong (not) and then says my email and card number do not match. They email me a transaction record for the card in my hand every time I make a purchase. Something very wrong here.

I’m not really sure what the purpose of MyIRVING is. I am used to my Cumberland Farms that I pay for my gas right from MyIRVING . It manages all my rewards etc. I pay for my gas before I even get out of the car. I don’t have to look for my rewards card and insert it st the pump. It is all done right from MyIRVING .

It’s not worth the storage it’s taking up on my phone
