Overall BottledMessageinaBottle is a blessing because there are literally no spamming ads! On here you can voluntarily click one on a treasure chest that is a short ad for getting a free bottle or coin which is so sweet as it is always available in case you want to talk to more people in the day.

They genuinely want you to meet new people and learn more about other countries, it’s not a greedy app.

Recommendations:

You should let followers/friends get notifications whenever someone posts an adventure so they’ll know in case someone has to be away for a while or is leaving for good to deter the assumption of ghosting.

Please, can we clip pictures on our adventures without having to pay? Or at least give the option of watching an ad for it?

Finally, it would be neat if we could create groups that anyone could join for friendly group chats! Wouldn’t it be cool if in able to get people to join you send out a dolphin worth like 50 coins/bottles with a letter from the admin themselves?

I loved BottledMessageinaBottle and concept to it. Which is why I gave it four stars. The only problem is that people don’t talk on BottledMessageinaBottle . I know it’s the people and a part of me but I do want to tell people to not except to much but to maybe gain some Social skills (this was my experience). There were a lot of not great people on BottledMessageinaBottle that might try to manipulate you (that is with all apps, so keep that in mind). I just want people to know so that way you guys don’t feel disappointed in not making friends or trust the wrong people on BottledMessageinaBottle. I think that BottledMessageinaBottle is a great way to and talk to people through tough conversations. I hope you guys enjoy BottledMessageinaBottle . I did, I just don’t need it anymore ☺️.

i wanted to let people know that i honestly enjoyed BottledMessageinaBottle. To me it was half video game and half meeting chatting with people I have been a loyal bottled customer for about seven months. On september twenty-third 2018 my account was hacked such a major dissappointment and upsetting situation for me. All my friends are now left wondering what happened to me and some of those friendships I truly valued . I am very saddened that this has happened to me. My photo was hacked as well as my biography . i curse the person who hacked into my account For the innocents now you have my experience to take.

It’s easy to use and it’s WONDERFUL to meet so many different kinds of people! It’s sort of an extroverted world for introverts. Took a while to start earning enough reputation points to receive bottles, in the beginning, but it’s definitely worth it. I’ve met people I didn’t like and people that have been my friends for over a year, now. There’s no obligation to be anything but kind if you aren’t getting what you are hoping for. Your information is limited on here. I’m very thankful for BottledMessageinaBottle because it means the world to me.

I downloaded BottledMessageinaBottle looking to meet people from around the world and I definitely have! I’ve meet great people that genuinely want to get to know me! Some of our conversations have even moved to WhatsApp and we chat regularly. My only issue is that I keep getting bottles from India, which I have nothing against India, but I want some variety. I know there’s an option to purchase a compass to where you can pick which country your bottle goes to, but I still feel like there should be a little more variation on a normal basis.

I love BottledMessageinaBottle it's amazing and if you have enough patience for the first couple of days it's really worth it, I've met so many awesome and amazing people who inspire me and are now my bffs who I wouldn't trade for the world, I'm so glad I found BottledMessageinaBottle when I did! BottledMessageinaBottle is wonderful because it has settings that let you choose whether ur on for a relationship or just friends, you can create ur own bio of course and choose interests! It's fun and kinda addicting to me lol hope you enjoy it as much as I do, talk to you in bottled! :>

I love BottledMessageinaBottle and it’s great, however the messaging part is a little bit rough still I’d say, for example having a way to know when the other person is typing and knowing when the other person has seen your messages could make BottledMessageinaBottle even better than it is already. Nevertheless this is a great app and I recommend it to everyone!

1. Anyone can be anything on BottledMessageinaBottle. This means lots of “predators” can easily take advantage of people. There are no friend lists or anything that would allow you to really determine if the person is who they say they are or if their picture is really them.

2. Lots of people seeking sexual interactions. I’ve never received so many odd messages on any other app. I had to block all messages from males because it was overwhelming. All the women I’ve met on BottledMessageinaBottle have the same problem.

3. You get sick of sorting through the crap messages to find good connections.

If you want to make international friends, I highly recommend Slowly. Fantastic app and I’ve had zero negative experiences. Better for deeper, engaging conversation.

The idea is nice but people abuse this way too much. I’ve made some good connections here but I don’t find it worth keeping.

This is an amazing app in which you write a message in a virtual bottle and you either tap on the bottle or fling it with your finger to cast it into the ocean. It’s a great app where you can make new friends around the globe. Once someone picks up your bottle out of the ocean you can begin to chat with them! I’ve made friends from India, U.K, South Africa, and Australia.

I love BottledMessageinaBottle. It’s really cool and interesting to talk to people all around the world and get insight on new things or unknown experiences. I have met very many interesting people on here and I absolutely believe that they could be life long friends. And if I ever have a problem they always email you back right away and get your situation solved. This is definitely a 10/10 app!

I just want to say, BottledMessageinaBottle is amazing. I had to get help because I forgot my password and the support team was so helpful. I really do appreciate all the help! Of course there’s weird people on BottledMessageinaBottle , but there’s tons more amazing people. I will always rate BottledMessageinaBottle 5 stars. BottledMessageinaBottle itself is just awesome.

Love BottledMessageinaBottle so far just downloaded it,and it's so interesting in the ways you communicate and meet people. However everything is behind a paywall. If you look at it as a mobile game where you can meet people then I can understand the paywall, but as a communication App to meet new people and exchange experiences BottledMessageinaBottle is the EA games of communication apps. Because of that this game/app gets 4/5 stars.

Have connected with really awesome and supportive people all over the world through BottledMessageinaBottle. Also recently moved to France and using the compass 🧭 feature to make some friends here / practice my French :)

I can’t give it full stars because of all of the off putting people using it as a dating app. I was hoping to meet new people and actually learn something about other countries. I had to block male users because of the creeps using this as their hunting ground to chat up women. If it weren’t for that, I’d given it more stars. Please make clear to people this is not tinder. Thank.

I love BottledMessageinaBottle! You meet new people, get to know both them and their country! I have found that it is also useful if you want to learn more of a certain language, there is always someone that could help on Bottled! The safety guidelines is enforced by the creators of Bottled, and you can too! Stay safe!

I love the concept of BottledMessageinaBottle... throwing message in a bottle just seems so romantic to me.

My only wish were to have the ability to “unblock” someone. I think sometimes n the heat of conversations misunderstandings happen due to language and cultural differences.

It’s a good app, I’ve met lots of people and made a few new friends from around the world but the only thing I wish it had was an option to change the name more than one time because it doesn’t allow you to change it. Other than that it’s a great app

BottledMessageinaBottle is cool to make friends, what it lacks is a typing indicator so you know if someone is typing. I can’t tell you how many times I went to send something and then someone sends a message so know I have to also reply so it makes sense. But still a great app nether the less.

This is a unique app in that it’s more like emailing than texting, so it feels as if you are writing snail Mail letters in a way at times. Not too overwhelming and a chance to meet interesting people from all over the world.

Though I like the concept of BottledMessageinaBottle, since I can’t find bottles I received, I don’t think there’s any way to use this social network.
. When I receive a bottle, I click on the notification. When I go into BottledMessageinaBottle from this notification, I never find the bottle. If I swipe to the left, I find new messages because I don’t have friends yet. There is no clear place to find messages received that aren’t from friends.

Honestly this is such a sweet app and I stumbled onto it by accident a while back. As of right now I’ve met someone who is actually teaching me Japanese even though we live in two completely different parts of the world. If you haven’t gotten it yet you should.
