Can’t Watch Live Streams

While the app seems to have good features it is NOT an extension of their streams. However, it's the only platform used for team tournament streams.
I bring this up because Twitch has completely removed Command Center (Which worked) to replace it with Face It. This is frustrating because I can’t watch players as promised however Face It is the only source for individual team streams for tournaments.
The mobile website literally doesn’t work. It always says I'm not logged in so it blocks access to streams. When I try to log in it says I already am this takes me back to the same page not logged in.
This prompted me to use the app which either makes it extremely difficult to find streams or doesn’t have them which gives the app no purpose for viewing?! Why would Twitch work with a company that doesn’t allow you to watch streams on apps yet that’s what it’s advertised for?? It just doesn’t make sense. It’s 2024 and apps should have steamer features.
I guess it’s just “too bad” for mobile stream viewing so I’ll just take the lose and move on. I wish command center actually had a usable alternative likes it’s been advertised.
Can’t sign into my acc on the app

I made an acc on the website because I couldn’t do it through the app cuz it was saying my birthday was blank when it wasn’t and now I try to sign in and it says my login doesn’t match up I’ve changed my password and I still get the same error saying that the login doesn’t match but I can login on the website no issue very frustrated
Couldn’t make an account

After 15 mins of trying on multiple devices and multiple emails, I wasn’t able to make an account with Faceit. I’m not sure if the website and app weren’t working but I wasn’t happy with the “something went wrong” error or repeat. What went wrong? What should I do? No answers were found.
