Concacaf Gold Cup Official App Reviews

I’ve been trying to use ConcacafGoldCupOfficialApp for the Gold Cup and find it terribly buggy, inaccurate and not updated to the latest information:

- Standings are a mess, half the teams not put into Groups, no header to tell me what the numbers mean, and some teams are being given credit for up to 3 games played even though nobody has played more than one yet?

- Schedule was not updated with the most recent qualifying teams until after the tournament started. Doesn’t take me to the most recent day of games, just starts me at July 2 every time I go to the schedule.

The Euro and Copa apps worked great and were completely updated and accurate. CONCACAF loving up to its second class reputation with ConcacafGoldCupOfficialApp.

I’m viewing this on an iPhone 11 Pro Max so I wouldn’t think my tech is the issue.

It’s not updated, and all we really want to do as the consumer is view standings, fixtures and maybe some news. Good luck finding the standings updated. Very poor layout and not intuitive to use. I dug around ConcacafGoldCupOfficialApp for 5 minutes to get an update on the men’s World Cup qualifying and decided to delete ConcacafGoldCupOfficialApp .

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Get someone who knows something about a fans interest to give you feedback on how ConcacafGoldCupOfficialApp should be designed. It’s like ConcacafGoldCupOfficialApp team intentionally made an app that fans would hate.

This may be the worlds most useless app. It doesn’t show results, it is impossible to navigate and in general, makes no sense. Computer programming like this might bring back newspapers.

Advertising that you can watch the futsal championship live on ConcacafGoldCupOfficialApp but it doesn’t work. You click on live during the designated time and it says no live broadcasts

What a dreadful piece of junk. If CONCACAF want to be taken even somewhat seriously they should at least update scores and news on a timely basis…just like every local newspaper everywhere. Truly an embarrassment!

All the money Concacaf gets and they can’t create an app that doesn’t take 2 minutes to load! When I set tams to follow, the done button locked ConcacafGoldCupOfficialApp and I had to restart.

It is great gives me my Nations League info

ConcacafGoldCupOfficialApp is good, but uses battery like crazy. Even in the background. Had to I install it just to have a functional phone.

The Gold Cup standings make no sense. ConcacafGoldCupOfficialApp is so slow to update scores, etc. The in match info is vague.

Delete.

I recommend the OneFootball app.

Annoying start up video. When I go to the schedule it takes me to tomorrow. I want to see today’s schedule

Terribly slow yet it doesn’t do anything AT ALL unless you tell it your team.

Yeah, should add those. And the schedule is kinda clunky.

Bad app.

I find it a little hard to follow info on ConcacafGoldCupOfficialApp:
1) I've subscribed for all notifications but never get anything (or is it just for the news feed). Notifications for goals would be nice.
2) why can we filter the updates based on preferred language. Most of what I see is in Spanish and Im getting tired of scrolling.
3) buttons for "match alerts" and "attending" are not clear enough to know which color means subscribed / not.

ConcacafGoldCupOfficialApp is well laid out, and easy to navigate. It is easy to determine lots of information about matches and stadiums. The biggest problem is that it has a tendency to crash, which can be frustrating.

Like someone else mentioned. It's not a very straight forward app. You can get your scores but you don't know where they're playing or who the daily starting lineup is. You go through a bunch of media and tweets that I don't really care for. The best I would say is the way they do the recaps of past games. Highlights. Besides that it's a strange app. I wish it was a little better. But it'll be gone soon with the Copa.

The videos where I watch all the highlights don't start. No highlights makes ConcacafGoldCupOfficialApp useless. Terrible update!

Update: now it works again. Pretty good app

Very user friendly app! I love to scroll through the "Happening Now" tweets and photos in the content feed. The schedule is intuitive and visually appealing.

I wish this were a little more straight forward. Plus, is there a table area where you can look at all the groups? Very confused but will work.
