HolidayAutos is completely worthless. It does not load bookings at all. :(

If there was less than 1 star, this deserve it. Waste of time.

Cannot run a search, useless.

App doesn’t work. Cannot add bookings

Not a mobile phone application, rather a website crammed into an app version. Scrolling required to read anything makes it almost impossible to use.

The most frustrating is no way to download vouchers.

This was the only reason I downloaded this application however it is impossible to do - plus it even says that if you don't present a written hardcopy version of a voucher your reservation will be canceled, and or, you will be charged extra.

This application is useless and only causes me stress - in a space where you're constantly nickeled and dimed for extra charges: insurance, gas, and other things, this application, because it doesn't allow you to download a voucher and actually warns you that you will be charged extra or canceled, is a complete disaster!!!

Please remove this application or re-design it asap.

Trying to find existing booking, but it doesn’t work. Needs update!!!
If I could award zero stars, it would be too generous!

Think HolidayAutos update is pretty great. Easier to find my booking when I’m at the desk and to find help numbers if I have questions.

Plus, sometimes they have unique deals and offers in app only, which I appreciate as someone who rents 5+ times a year.

I end up going back to them a few times for many reasons. First of all, it has a very good customer service, you can be well explained everything you don’t know about it. secondly, it is so cheap.

If you want to hire car, consider it, that’s my recommendation. Over time, I still continue to put my loyalty on it because the price is so reasonable, I don’t think others can offer me preferential like it.

I highly recommend this service to all, this is the cheapest one I know and of course its quality is excellent too. if you have demand for car rental, you should consider it.

You will never find any services nicer than this one. You can rent car anywhere because it has lots of locations and rental cost for this service is safe too. don’t pass it.
