Not much to play with

First off, this game gives you basically 5 plays of free play, then asks you to pay for play or watch a video for 1 bet of 1 for two cards..this is stupid.

They had me, but lost me.

I was a loyal app user, I played the game all the time and spent quite a bit of money on extra coins. However my last purchase, I bought the VIP package for $9.99 which entitled me to $200,000 in coins per day for 7 days. I received the first $200,000 as soon as the purchase went through. I went back the following night to claim my next $200,000, and it was as if I never made the purchase. I have written several emails to the support section on the app and have yet to receive a response. I'm not happy with this at all, this is unacceptable!
