Contact Dancing with the Stars Game Support

I have played this game for years and reviewed it/updated my review as the game has progressed. The problems recently have become so bad that I reached out to support, who eventually emailed me to let me know they would be in touch. Progress because previously I had stopped contacting support through the game because they were never replying. I never heard back, however, and have been unable to open the game for over a week. This is a game I have played multiple times a day, competing in ongoing weeklong competitions. It’s something I actually care about. I have invested time and money into it, and cannot even get it to open. I tried to get it to open on a different device and it would only start a new game. I seemed to remember reading in the FAQs that you couldn’t transfer a game to a new device, so I went to check, but the FAQ only open an email to support. They are all gone. In the past I have had problems with this game making updates that were “flashy” for no reason and upsetting gameplay, but this is the first structural update that has made the game unplayable. I may sadly have to delete it from my phone. On the plus side, I’ll get so much space back it’s almost a blessing.

This is truly a frustrating and pushing game. You will get obsessed with it and everything but then it pushes you to spend your hard earned diamonds so much toward the end, that you end up doing it, by accident or not. Usually, the game lets you watch a video for more energy and extra moves, but it completely stopped doing that, so now I am have a harder time with dress rehearsals because sometimes the requirements of the rehearsals are totally unreasonable and unrealistic, and probably requires extra moves to get past them. Once, I tried to watch a video to get extra moves, but the only option literally was to spend 50 diamonds, and I accidentally clicked that and used my hard earned 50 literally just for energy. I really hope this game stops this pushing, so everyone will enjoy this game, because honestly, I am never coming back to this game because of this, unless this gets fixed. I don’t like how this game pushes people to spend money on this game so much.

Long time player here... this game was amazing when it first came out. Then the updates occurred which changed a lot. They took away our dress boosters that we earned which was bull and gave some bs excuses about it. This game has come and gone on my phone several times. I always check to see if there's some improvements. I can't stand how sometimes the puzzles aren't winnable when this is energy based or the fact that we need to clear 24 colors to be able to click the card. Used to be 15. BUT the game some what improved. I LOVE that we can change our dance partner... I was sick of Alonzo... I only usually spend a small amount of money in games to support the developer if I like and am enjoying the product... this game has pist me off over the year but I just had to purchase Gleb!!!! I find myself playing a bit more and more since I purchased him and I don't feel bad about it. Just wish they would balance out the puzzles a bit more. I do love the new Viennese waltz I think I totally misspelled that lol I think it's such a romantic dance and I really enjoy watching it when my couple gets to do it.
