Every time I’m watch on my fire stick the show freezes. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. I’ve unplugged the fire stick. I’ve checked internet speed. Need to fix or just cancel
When my subscription ends on 3/22/23, will I be able to cancel at that time without be charged using auto-pay?

The shows are awesome (as is proudly sip from my Crowder mug), but the app leaves a bit to be desired. The “Continue Watching” feature is never anywhere even close to where I left off, and sometimes isn’t even the same episode. (If the developer is reading this, I’m watching on an iPhone 8 plus running iOS 11.4, and I’d love to give the app another star or two)

As stated before (and a noted response from many reviewers) the content of CRTV is unmatched, and this review is in no way intended to say anything negative about the shows. That said, this app is painful. There is no option for background streaming, even though were told that there would be an update to fix that in May. The “Continue Watching” feature that is intended to allow you to pick up where you left off is, at a minimum, just as bad after this last update than it was prior to it. I would say it’s actually a little worse. The only time it actually capture a point where I left of is when an old video starts to play after I’ve finished watching a recent one, leaving a string of old videos that I’ve already seen in my “continue watching” list. This is the case even though the only thing the update lists as having been fixed. Please tell us that you are replacing this app, or at least are giving it a major overhaul soon.

I only bought a subscription to this app to listen to louder with crowder, but I really regret my purchase. This app is an mess. When I first got the app before it’s recent overhaul, they used to save your place while watch and tell you which episodes you had watched, not anymore. Its a tossup if the app saves your place but it definitely doesn’t tell you what episodes you’ve watched. It doesn’t let you download episodes for offline viewing(as far as I know) like other paid apps. I’d even take audio downloads. I was going to watch the election night livestream, but no. looks like the app logged me out and now I got to go through the whole password reset process. now the Latest gem is: I was watching a crowder episode and an alert shows up for a livestream for another show, without clicking on it the app takes me to that livestream. When I go back to the crowder episode I was watching, the app keeps crashing while it loads the episode making it unwatchable. Buy a subscription to this app only if you can’t get episodes to your shows elsewhere.

OK, I’ve had a couple weeks to try out the Blaze TV app. Still has various areas that are inaccessible to me as a blind user.
“Menu“; When I open this, the first couple items are just labeled‘ button‘. The rest of it appears to be my account related. There doesn’t appear to be anything specifically labeled for closing the menu.
“Search field“; although the search field is accessible, I have yet to have it yield any results. Once I tap “search“, The only things showing on the page there after our, “back“, “search field“, “clear search“, “shows“, and “specials“. Now, back to the main page. When I tap on “shows“, and“Specials“, again, totally inaccessible. I can go in and back out, but nothing else. The only area that yields any other result(Not including the live event buttons), is the “new“ button. In here, I find the list of current and upcoming programs. When I tap on one of these, most of the time it opens a video that automatically switches to“Profile view“. All good so far. However, there are no controls whatsoever. No pause, skip ahead, rewind etc. and, if I get a phone call or need to interrupt it in anyway, the video does not restart and I have no way of restarting it, but to close the entire app and reopen it. When I do, I need to start the video from the beginning.
Sorry for the long detailed review but, I really didn’t have any other place to submit my feedback, And experience.
