When I try to click the swap account Facebook login Nothing happens as if it is just not receiving my request. It was working fine a few weeks ago now it is broken. I have found a work around to uninstall the app, completely, and reinstall. But this is very annoying. To have logins that don’t work on a real time strategy game… defeats the whole purpose of it being real time, please forward this issue to the bug teams and fix with an in game “clear cashe” or “reset” button . Don’t respond with a “ We recommend you bind two accounts” that would be equally annoying as if players don’t have more than 1 castle. Get with the program. Fix the logins that are supposed to work. That won’t fix the problem it creates a new problem with creating multiple Facebook accounts. Who wants to do that? Don’t give a dirt bag response and fix something that was working or give me an explanation to why it suddenly is broken.

The dummest game ever, and a total rip off. It is virtually impossible to play this game or pass any events without paying a ton of money. No strategy, no game plan, Nothing. The game only measures how much are you able to spend. People shield all the time, attack and go back under shields. Even events, you won’t be able get higher ranks in those without spending, their system will always gears toward spending more. Ex: the hades secret event, buying packs will have a very high probability of appearing compared to anything else. Those lucky stuff, are 100% rigged. My biggest problem is that the developers of this game cared more about spending than to create a decent game where people can plan, create strategies, etc. this game is far away from being classified as a strategy game.
Simply if you are willing to and can spend a ton of money almost 25k$ you will feel good about this game. If you are a moderate spender, probably max 2k $ you will feel frustrated and you will feel dumb to get dragged into this poorly designed game. If you are here to have fun without paying 1000s of dollars, then go somewhere else. You will see an army of 300k soldiers devour an army of 5 million troops in seconds because of spending. Non sense

Shortly after the last up date I started having problems with game loading and exiting completely. I would have to hit the exit button manually and or retry to enter the game. At first it was just randomly but then became a every day thing. I exited the game 1 week ago before going to sleep woke the next day and the game would not load. I tried multiple times. I reset my router deleted the game reinstalled tried accessing on WiFi and 5g but the same results. I even tried loading the game on my iPhone instead of my IPad but same thing happened. I contacted customer service and they told me everything I had already done. Then they wanted a video of what’s going on. I sent it. I got another message saying the same thing the said the first time. I spent to much to level up faster and made it to level 30 and had 4 other castles to. I’m very disappointed in customer service. I would not of purchased so much if I thought this would have happened, what a waste of time and money. And yes my account is doubled binded. It’s still there but I’m sure everything is gone now after being locked out for a week.
