I’m so glad this is over, I subscribed for a year for 4 users. They messed up with payments, it was technical bugs after technical bugs, for a few albums I was not able to download all the pictures, for others I was not able to write the comments, one of my family member would receive the album one month later, every month sometimes even more. I opened a ticket each time but there was no technical resolution. They renew automatically the subscriptions so I cancel 2 of the albums before they renew it automatically, thinking that I’ll still be able to do my last 2 albums: It is not the case. I was told that when I subscribed annually, they applied a discount so I won’t get any reimbursement, which is OK, but I should be able to do the last albums.
But as they say : There is nothing they can do about it.
Great concept but that’s it.
