The Randstad website has no way of deleting an account or unsubscribing from marketing emails, and the unsubscribe link at the bottom of their emails goes to a nonexistent page. They also have no general contact information on their website, only offering forms to ask for more information about specific services, and a chatbot that will do the same.

Everyone at Randstad refuses to answer emails. They don't announce job fairs until the day of. The employees don't seem to actually do much to help put people in positions. So it really isn't a surprise that the app is a waste of memory.
It crashes constantly for one. Usually I can apply to one, maybe to jobs before it just REFUSES to send the next application. The application screen itself has a drop down box for you to choose your state, but this box is missing both my home state and the one I commute too.
There is no way to sort listing by salary, so you end up scrolling past pointless $9 an hour jobs just to find one that will ACTUALLY pay you. And even if you do managed to get an app sent out, the job you applied to may remain on the list, making it unclear if it worked or not.
So it's a garbage app for a garbage company. You'd honestly be better off downloading any other job search app. Most of the jobs on here are also on other searches anyway, often posted there BY RANDSTAD, so I don't know why they bother. Avoid this and avoid the company unless you like having your time wasted.
They make appt’s, then ghost you

Twice I’ve had this place contact me for a phone interview, we confirm it, they both text and email me multiple reminders, even two hours that day before the appointment time, to ghost me and forget about me. A complete waste of time. Shame on them for playing games with people who are trying to find work and disregarding their time. It’s unprofessional, rude, and a disgrace. Shame on you Dillon Hipp.
