QA is fine. Lots of trackers, though. Anyway, my complain is that there no structure or order to anything. I got interested in Cloud computing architecture when I started my website and started to use a vps and had to learn how to manage it (Vultr)...I wanted to learn the fundamentals, and really dive deep into it, hoping to one day make a career out of this.
After signing up, I found no structure or order for your courses, there’s no A-Z, from beginning to end. As a beginner, I want a step by step learning experience. So, if I click on cloud fundamentals, I wanted there to be lessons that start from knowing nothing, to teaching you all there is to know, from one video to the next, and once you’re done with the fundamentals, knowing where to go next. This isn’t provided. I watched the video by Larkin, I believe, on cloud fundamentals, and didn’t know where to go next, what am I suppose to learn after this. There’s no educational layout. Just a bunch of videos mixed once you click on anything, and if you click on beginner on the filter, it’s still a mixture of beginner videos on whatever subject you selected. It’s the same on Linux Academy and Udemy. I find this very disheartening since there’s no real strong way of getting into Cloud Computing Architecture.

I can't see much of a use for QA if it doesn't allow you to stream the videos...

The interface is nice and the monthly fee is reasonable. However, I expect all questions and answers to be clearly understandable. Many contain typos which makes them difficult to understand. Would not recommend.

I love the courses and lectures. They are great and easy to navigate. They are layered out in easy to understand methods.

My issue at the moment is accessing the FAQ page, help tickets and certain exams. I tried to access the exams (after subscribing to their paid courses) and I keep getting sent back to the page that says I paid for these exams. I know I paid for them that’s why I’m trying to access them. So I tried to submit a ticket, error message on submitting a ticket. I thought it was my faulty service but my other apps seem to be working just fine. So I tried to access the FAQ page… another error message.

Course was well developed and presented. Concepts presented in a manner which facilitated easy understanding and committing to memory.

Suggestions for improvement:
- AWS Console screen snapshots are very grainy and not easily readable. Other vendors are able to present this better
- Course covered the basic rules well. However, only made a passing reference to rules available to Business and Enterprise customers. Suggest including content around these additional rules as they are relevant to customers.

I've been using cloudacademy for almost a year. During that time QA has improved a lot. Still a little tough to use at times but definitely still worth it.

The mobile app does not provide information about the exams-does not show answers or explanations just your score. Content is very good otherwise.

Over the years I have used many learning platforms including Udemy, Pluralsight, and many others. Cloud Academy is ahead of the pack - Surely the leaders.
