I pay for Musictrax to be able to listen to my music offline. Now that Musictrax has updated my music no longer plays offline!! Please fix!

I have had Musictrax for years, I woke up, went to use it and now all of a sudden, I have to pay for a subscription out of nowhere, with no explanation/notice on any update?! I’m very disappointed and frustrated... I will definitely be getting another FREE music download app now.

Won't let me login. Says invalid login/password. Then it won't let you reset either of them. When you go to your support page it errors out and won't let you send support a message so how do you get help with Musictrax?

You don’t maintain or update Musictrax for over a year, let it become nonfunctional, and then suddenly update it and it’s now a paid subscription service and you don’t even address it in your update? What a joke.

I second the review above. I have been trying to login all day. Musictrax continues to tell me my login information is incorrect. I have changed my password 3-4 times but am still unable to login. I also tried to use your support option, I enter my request but it fails to submit. Once this issue can be fixed, I typically love Musictrax. Please fix, I miss my music. 😏

I recently got a new phone and so I had to download Musictrax again but Musictrax will not let me sign back into my account. Every time I try to, it says the information is incorrect. I then decided to just create another account, but it will not let me do that either.

This use to be my favorite music app until the developers started charging money to use it Musictrax been free for years it’s ridiculous to charge now with no warning ⚠️ all my music was downloaded in Musictrax ! now I’m shut out of Musictrax unless I pay $7.99.. ridiculous!!!!!!!!🤬

I have used Musictrax for a long time now and worked good up until recently, now all I get is a message saying this video isn’t available in your country or internet connection isn’t reliable. My internet is fine nothing has changed!!! Horrible app

I’ve been receiving charges for Musictrax every week for $4.99 and every month for $9.99 and have tried multiple times to cancel. This is a scam.

Won’t let me download songs again

I recommend adding a “download all” button to save time and figuring out a way to make the downloads last more than 2 weeks.

I always uses Musictrax to listen to my music after its say to keep using at for $9.99 a week it was stupid I liked when it was free and it didn’t had to pay anything

Use to love Musictrax, now it seems every other day it’s not working. A message pops up that says “ either your network is unreliable or this video isn’t available in your country. I’m frustrated with this. Looks like it’s time to find a new app.

IOS version isn’t working when I go to play my music it just loads and never plays. Thanks in advance

I can’t exit Musictrax or turn off my phone without the music turning off but other than that I think that this is a great app and I would recommend it. Sometimes it also doesn’t repeat.

Hey so every sense I started using this app it was a dope music app it helped me find the best music artist and helped me find the best song’s and it helped me see more artists

Love Musictrax , what I'd like for it is a speed button more videos by Sherri huffman, along with a suggested videos row for the next update.

I re downloaded Musictrax. Trying to log in which i did via facebook. Nownit said .49 cents a month. Start 7 day free trail click on that than it take me to puechase but at the bottom it saids 9.99$ a week... so front page said .49cents a month tha it saids 9.99$ a week.. come on guys

Worst app ever

I USED to love Musictrax
this is Very disappointing 😔
The last 5 updates didn’t fix any of the problems!!!
Clearly no one over there can find them so I will let you know what they are !!!

1st
you can’t change the song while out of Musictrax because it will play all of yours song 🤦‍♂️

2nd
When you change through the songs fast on Musictrax it bugs out and try’s to play all of your songs

3rd
I have like 13 songs I uploaded to this app through the cloud and there’s no way for me to delete them and it won’t let you upload anymore

4th
Oh great now it won’t let me login says info is incorrect but I had my login and password saved with my Face ID 🤔
