Canβt search for any jobs.

NavyCOOL has been telling be that it is updating its database after I just accepted the terms and conditions where it told me it had to download more stuff. The download finished and the database has been updating for over 24 hours while NavyCOOL says to just wait a few minutes.
Slow to load, unresponsive buttons

Tutorial wonβt close. Every other time I open app, I have to wait for long βbootβ waiting on disclosure statement.

The most important part, bibliographies for advancement (bibs) will never load. App broken useless for studying, all is good for is extreme basic summaries of what a rate/designator does. Don't expect any real information or study material from here, not even links.
