Frustrating

I’m so frustrated with this game. First, I’ve been stuck on level 70 for more than a week. My aunt plays and she’s stuck on level 60. There should be a feature to email or message the people that can fix this game. It takes so long to gain coins, and it’s so expensive to do anything. I also agree with the other reviews that it would be nice to know who to mate, to birth/hatch, whatever I’d love a starfish or turtle. I’ll probably give this game a few more days, if nothing has changed I’m done. Very disappointing.
Game Frozen

The game is great if you can keep it from freezing up. My extra points and one of my breeding tanks are frozen and I am unable to get in touch or link with someone who could help. If anyone has had this happen please post and let me know how you handled it.
