SacredSpaceDailyPrayer is such a gift. I’m a busy mom- comes with the title, and my path to God has been bumpy though my Love for Him has been constant. This site/app has simplified my focus so I am able to get quiet with my interior and place the focus on co-creating my life life with God in surrender. This is where we are in today’s world with global connections and instant access. Sacred Space supports living Godly life in today’s modern world through contemplation of scripture, quiet reflection, listening to ones body and heart...teaches the spiritual exercises that inevitably bring us closer to God. I write this with deep gratitude to the God and the contributors.

A private person am I. Generally I would not do what you are reading now. I do so to help and encourage. For me anywhere and every where is church. As I have the luxury of a connected device I am able to open this and be in a spiritual place with the gospel I read, believe and follow as best I am able. Every day. Me and my companion guardian angel, take several moments each day to be thankful for our lives and for ways we may be of service to people as they enter and exit our lives Thank you Jesuit for being there. I am a cradle Catholic. I found your app. several years ago and read it everyday!!! I find it deeply helpful to the start of each day. I like how you follow the Ignatian spiritual exercises, the small parts give me a reminder to stop and reflect as I follow the design for meditating. I really missed it while you were updating your app. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR LEADING ME CLOSER TO GOD EACH DAY. I read the extra explanations you have and have benefitted from them greatly. I pray for you that your ministry may greatly be spread and that all benefit by your sharing God’s way and word.

ive been looking for an app like this for soooo long. it’s not cluttered and it’s very easy to use. the information it gives and the way it’s organized is near perfect. i prefer SacredSpaceDailyPrayer much more than other daily prayer apps that just give you a verse and maybe a devotion. i LOVE the thought of the day. the way it’s written is truly wonderful and the quotes it’s used are all wonderful as well. highly recommend.

It is a new concept for me to integrate my prayer life with my cell phone ... but since completing the Retreat in Daily Life last year there have been many times I would use the website when I was traveling, rather than pack my Sacred Space book. The readings are of course the same, but the inspiration points are many times even better (to me) than the paper version. Today I made it official by downloading SacredSpaceDailyPrayer . Yay! God is now in my pocket ❤️🙏🏻

I’ve done Sacred Space for years off and on. When I’ve been overwhelmed with busy schedules, it’s five minutes on the computer when I don’t have time for anything else. When I hav felt far away from God, it serves as an initial meeting place where I can turn around and start to head back. It is always there when I need it and it always directs me gently back into a spiritual life.

A good friend recommended Sacred Space some 20 years ago and it’s kept me going especially in the worst times. The something to think about this week introduction is generally so good I want to share it with others. Months go by sometimes when I forget to look at it and upon my return I’m never disappointed. I like the upgrades to the music too.

Now you can pray anytime and anywhere. This is a wonderful app to use when taking a few minutes during the day or before going to bed at night. You never need to feel alone as God is with us even with modern technology. This world needs more prayer time Thank you for developing SacredSpaceDailyPrayer to help others seek and find, knock and the door is opened and ask and you shall receive.

I don’t remember when I last used the word “delighted” but that’s exactly what I am with SacredSpaceDailyPrayer. Love every single thing about it-more thoughtful explanation when you need it, if you don’t it’s easy to just move through the readings and prayers for each day. I love the music. It really sets my quiet time apart from the rest of my day. I’ve even made a small home alter with candles to have a dedicated spot to pray. The BEST.

I had used Sacred Space from my Home PC for many years and was always led on a blessed spiritual walk by the guidance it provided. Yesterday I decided to see if there was an app and was excited to find it and put it on my phone! I found it easy to use and as always, richly rewarding in content and commentary. I will be sure to let others know about its availability in app form. Thank you!

I REALLY love SacredSpaceDailyPrayer. However, at least once a week I get an error that says the text for the day’s prayer can’t be loaded. It points to errors with my internet connection, but I don’t think this is accurate. I’ve tried turning my phone off and on again as well as switching to different internet sources and that doesn’t mediate the issue. SacredSpaceDailyPrayer has become a huge part of my morning routine and it’s really disappointing when I can’t access the prayer.

Not to sound dramatic, but the reading theme “Something to think about” last week inspired me to literally “Do for my brother”. My twin that I had almost written on off. He was at rock bottom. He is now safe, cared for & learning how live again. I’ve read SS for 5 years & will likely as long as they write it. My gratitude is real & forever. Thank you from me & my family.

I love Sacred Space. I love the frequent messaging about how “Yahweh” from the Old Testament means presence, and how this concept translates into contemporary life. God is present, simply open your heart, mind and soul, and God is there. We are never alone, yet Sacred Space serves as a constant reminder that the Spirit is available and accessible to us. I open SacredSpaceDailyPrayer and enter the sacred space of God’s presence. Thank you.

More then gospel readings for each day this site allows me to connect with our creator giving me time together for gratitude adoration as well as a chance to offer up my struggles and worries~
Plus this site offers so much more such as daily gospel interpretation and praying with the Pope. Seek and ye shall find!! May his Peace be with you~

The directives are so simple to grasp yet draw me in closer - compelling me to really ask God these questions and listen for His reply. The way each step is written creates a picture in my mind that makes me want to grab my art journal and draw my responses. Beautifully done!

A wonderful app, very well designed. The sound selections bring you to a deeper state of calm and encourage un-rushed reflection. Even the spinning of the pinwheel can bring you to a peaceful state before beginning a reflection. From start to finish in the 6 steps with their accompanying guides for each day, SacredSpaceDailyPrayer is by far the pinnacle resource in centering my time with God. Thank you Loyola Press.

I have enjoyed using the Sacred Space website in the past and was excited to see that they now have an app, but the clicking noises are extremely irritating and I can find no way to silence them but to mute my phone. Which while effective also means you can't hear the music during the reflection time if you wish to. Because of this issue, I cannot give SacredSpaceDailyPrayer a better rating and will probably stick to using the website instead.

I used to read these prayers on the main website. I’m thrilled to find there is now an app! The guides really help focus in on the text and help provide example of how to think about or pray through a section. SacredSpaceDailyPrayer also works well, and is simple enough to not distract, but has powerful content. It’s great!

For many months every time I attempt to read the daily posting on my iPad Sacred Space app I get the following message: Unfortunately the text for today’s reading is not loading properly. Instead I am shown the same same Sacred Space sample every day. I have deleted and downloaded SacredSpaceDailyPrayer several times but it makes no difference. All my other apps are working properly and my WiFi internet connection is also working without problems. Is there any solution?

I have long enjoyed Sacred Space. It was an easy way to start the day with prayer and right there on my computer. I’ve shared the website with many friends over the years. I have to admit, I got away from the practice after I retired so I am delighted to find it as an app to download on my iPad. That you to the Irish Jesuits for this wonderful prayer practice.
