Yes! Yes it is! Line after line of blank spaces with a red play box at the end each one of which opens a black page that plays... utterly NOTHING. No settings, and just does NOTHING. One reviewer makes the arrogant assumption that none of us giving one star know how to use our devices. You must be some special kind of stupid to think this many of us are just giving a bad rating because of that. Go back to your arrogant little world where you are the only genius. In your own mind buried in the sand.
The poor reviews are legitimate

I read the reviews. Should have heeded their warning that this app doesn’t work. I am less than 4 miles from a NOAA broadcast station. This station wasn’t offered, and I was not able to pick up the two listed stations closest to me. There are ads over the screen as well as at the bottom. My guess is the developer laughs his head off every time someone downloads this app while collecting his kickback from the advertisers. I feel pretty dumb. I’ll now return to my countertop NOAA radio

This is nothing but advertising the app wouldn’t work at all in any of the stations and only shows a third of the stations at the top of the page and then there’s a big Advertisement laid over top of the station so it’s hard to click on them you need to go back to the drawing board or charge something for your app
