Terrible!

App does not work. Flight was changed by airline, and could not be rescheduled online. WhatsApp helpline was no help. Wasted about 3 hours total time on phone hold with customer service who never answered my call. Please avoid this airline if at all possible. Extremely frustrating!
Why release this app?

“Check in” takes you to another app. “Flight status” says it’s under development. And there’s no option to log in so the “my flights” section is useless.
I’ve never given an app a bad review before. But this isn’t an app, it’s an outline for a future app.
Does anything work?

None of the buttons even work, app appears to be completely useless. Wasted 3 hours earlier trying to book my flight on their glitchy website, not sure why i expected their app might be any better...
