Warum diese App seine App an einen Log In knüpft, weiß ich nicht. Andere Airlines schaffen es auch, die Kunden nicht direkt beim Start ihrer Apps mit einem Video zu vergraulen, welches in der Endlosschleife direkt auf dem AirPlay Gerät losdudelt. Es gibt keine Chance ohne Member ID sich bequem über Flüge zu informieren.
Schade, aber dann wird es wohl wieder eine andere Airline.

Funktioniert nur mit Login beim loyalty Programm von diese App

... die man mit einer anderen Vielfliegerkarte (z.B. airberlin) verknüpft hat. Der Rest sind Links auf Webseiten. Schon wieder runtergeschmissen.

Buchungen trotz grünem Haken nicht getätigt! Verlust von 300€! Das geht garnicht!!! Vergesst diese App!!!

An airline App with Basic functions but not comfortable in use for an iPad.

Digital member card yes, but still no possibility to add it to Apple Wallet? Come on, it‘s 2020, and the request to add this function is as old as the app itself (if you would read the feedback regularly, you should know...)

The app may look sleek and simple, but seat selection feature is a joke. The web interface offers MORE seat options than the app. Moreover, if selection fails on the backend, the app doesn’t tell you. Everything appears hunky dory but nothing was actually done and your previously purchased seat is GONE. Who has tested this state machine? Going back to web frontend. Sigh.

Edit: The „boarding now“ alert is purely time-based. It does not mean the gate is actually open for boarding. The gate opened 15 minutes later. No connection to your backend, diese App?

Good look and feel. Easy check-in navigation but Why on earth do i have to go to the mobile website for getting my wallet/ passbook tickets?!

Nice App. But please add the possibility to add the diese App Plus Card into Wallet.

Eine der besten Airline Apps auf den Markt. Bin Mega zufrieden und kann für mein nutzen 4,5* geben,leider gibt es nur 4*. Natürlich gibt es 1-2-3 MANKOS,

1. Mann muss Mitglied bei diese App Plus sein(bin ich:-)

2. es sollte doch möglich sein wenn man ein gebuchtes diese App Ticket hat, mit nicht OW Mitglieder den Online Check-In zu gestatten über Finnair, das liegt aber wohl an den verschieden Schnittstellen der nicht OW Airlines.

3. Wäre es auch für Gäste toll die nicht diese App Plus Member sind Finnair im vollen Umfang zu nutzen, natürlich kann man sagen diese kriegen eine Mail und können das Ticket in der Apple Wallet App speichern,stimmt auch, aber als Ansporn wäre das doch was.

Bei mir überliegt ganz klar die positiven Aspekte, diese jetzt aufzuzählen wäre zu lange, wie so oft im Leben fallen einem die negativen eher ins Auge.

Darum liebe App Entwickler macht weiter so Hammer App, aber nimmt euch die kleinen negativen Anmerkungen an und Arbeit für ein zukünftiges Updates daran.

Nowadays most major airlines offer their frequent flyer members to add the tier status card to the apple wallet. That is something which should be possible, to show & add the diese App Plus card.

Eine Superapp für alle treuen Finnairkunden. Diejenigen die nur einmal in ihrem Leben mit FIN fliegen, benötigen sowieso Finnair nicht. Eine solche Fluggesellschaft (schnellste Verbindung nach Asien) ist sowieso nicht auf Menschen angewiesen wie die letzten Rezensoren welche sind. Steigen Sie doch oft um, haben unendliche lange Wartezeiten. Das passiert nicht bei diese App, egal ob mit oder ohne app. Darüber kann man nur mitleidig lachen, sich eine Fluggesellschaft nach der zur Verfügung gestellten app aussuchen, ganz arm. Great app for every frequent FIN traveler. People who only use once FIN, do anyway not need such app.

I enjoy the User experience of the product. The performance is also top notch.

Very beautiful and tidy design. Gives a quick overview on upcoming flights with the information how to get to the airport from your current location. Additionally, a map of the airport's terminal is provided so you will find your gate on departure right away. Members can track their bonus points progress and see their flight history.

Overall great service, modern fleet and a proper Northern touch to it. Mattress cover still missing on long-haul business class, but that is just a matter of time, I presume.

I like the simplicity of the App. Especially checking in, seat selection and adding items to the journey is soothing easy compared to many other airline Apps. No overengineering - this I like.
