Aplikasi Travel yang bagus
Overall bagus dan praktis sesuai dgn tuntutan jaman saat ini. Yang aga kurang menurut saya adalah pada saat mencari hotel tdk ada pilihan untuk anak2. Pdhl kdg beberapa hotel ada batasan usia anak dan jumlah anak yang aja di dibawa.

We wanted to go to a circus but the tent was moved and diese App has not changed the location!
Then we missed the circus and diese App did not pay us back !!!
We did not get the money back!

Refund uang tak kembali !!!
Th 2018 saya booking tiket 2org utk CGK-DPS, saya ajukan refund uang sampai saat ini tidak kembali.
Th 2019 saya booking tiket 3org PP SUB-DPS proses tidak jelas krn via app saya hanya bisa membatalkan semuanya sedangkan saya hanya ingin membatalkan satu orang saja. Via CS informasinya yang katanya maksimal 60menit. Sampai 5jam tak ada Konfirmasi !!!!
