Getting worse

Can't log in with status details and book a room using the benefits. Completely useless except to quickly locate a SLH property. Always much more expensive than booking via any 3rd part travel agent 🙄

No Login!

It is not possible to login with an existing account and to see the bookings! Useless app!

Neue Karten

Die neue Version ist deutlich schlechter nach dem update. Eine Reiseplanung ohne kartenübersicht wo sich die einzelnen Hotels befinden gibt es nicht mehr. Für mich war es praktisch sich auf einer Reiseroute per Überichs das passende slh heraus zu suchen. Das ist nicht mehr möglich.

Stürzt ständig ab

SmallLuxuryHotels gefällt wegen ihres einfachen Aufbaus, ist aber leider praktisch nicht zu gebrauchen, da sie ständig abstürzt. Ein Stern!!!

Schlechte App.!

Da ich ein Leading & ein SLHotel-Fan bin, habe ich mich gefreut SmallLuxuryHotels zu entdecken. Leider ist sie nicht zu gebrauchen. Die zur Auswahl stehenden Funktionen sind ohne Inhalt bzw. fehlerhaft. Schade!

Useless

The app is useless as registered members cannot log into this app. You can only sign up as a new member - and lose your existing status.

No login

Just wonder how this comes when you already registered. 😔

Missing for ipad

The app is ok. But a HD version for the ipad would be nice.

Take a look at Relais & Chateaux how they did the app.

Das neue Design ist wirklich klasse und SmallLuxuryHotels lässt sich intuitiv bedienen. Das einzige Manko aus meiner Sicht: Wieso ist eines der "prominentesten" Felder auf dem Startbildschirm die Registrierung für den Club? Die meisten, die sich SmallLuxuryHotels herunterladen, werden vermutlich bereits Clubmitglieder sein. Und daher wäre es vielleicht sinnvoller, sich alternativ einloggen (und die Zugangsdaten auch speichern) zu können! Auch die Verwaltung des Club-Profils mit Übersicht über bestehende Buchungen und den aktuellen Status wäre prima. Zudem könnten so bei einer Buchung direkt die "passenden" Tarife angezeigt werden.
Sobald das umgesetzt wird, gibt es den noch fehlenden Stern.
