Really bad performance and user experiences!

I got SMS and should download this app for my tickets, it works with app-download and installation.
But, with the same account and password I can only login on web version, but not within the app. I always get the “ An error occurred.” and with resetting the password didn’t help much! It’s really weird!
Transfer not possible
