App does not work. Although I can see that I have bought two tickets, but the tickets can not be displayed. For many weeks, only the message comes: your tickets will appear here within a few hours.

App funktioniert nicht. Ich kann zwar sehen, dass ich zwei Tickets gekauft habe, aber die Tickets lassen sich nicht anzeigen. Seit vielen Wochen kommt immer nur die Nachricht: dass die Tickets in wenigen Stunden angezeigt werden.
Doch nichts passiert. Der Support hat sich auf meine email auch noch nicht gemeldet.

My ticket suddenly vanished on the day of the concert and the customer services were firstly, extremely difficult to get a hold of, and secondly, did not help whatsoever. They said there was nothing they could do about a ticket vanishing from my account in their website?!?
I had to buy another ticket at the venue to enter the concert and now I will try to get a refund! Absolute disaster!

I can’t access any of my tickets. I can’t even login to my my account anymore. Website of AXS only tells me „website is blocked“. What is this?!

Seems like axs and t-mobile are doing a great job. This app is just as broken as the website.

I bought tickets for 500 USD for the Detroit PGA Championships. The only thing what worked well was the payment, they took the money the same day. At the venue I had terrible problems and discussions. The bar code in this app did not work and they refused to let me in. They declined any discussion, because AXS is a different company. I showed them the confirmation and the credit card invoice, they dis not care. At the end I came one hour late because nobody wanted to help.
Therefore: Do not use this app and please if you run a organisation which hosts an event: Do not give the ticketing to AXS. It is a nightmare.
