I am not using yandex anymore. Drivers or map service Are so poor that drivers are obviously driving without any local knowledge through Tbilisi! Good luck in future. I hope you are able to improve your service. At the moment rating you down to 1 star and tell all friends not to use you anymore.

I wasn’t able to find how to pay out a debt. Absolutely terrible experience of adding a card from a password manager. Devs should try to do it themselves.

Although making a better impression than the Gett app (and offering lower prices), I rarely used Yandex, because both my German Visa and MasterCard couldn't be saved in the app, wheras Gett worked perfectly. Yandex customer service didn't respond. Their loss.

Yandex Taxi used to be the best taxi app in Russia which I'd always highly recommended for its simple user interface and reliable drivers. Although, the drivers are still good, the user interface became cluttered with all irrelevant stuff like food and groceries. Sometimes when I open the app I have to double check whether I opened the right app, because it looks like I opened food delivery app instead.

Fix your stuff, Yandex. Make taxi app a taxi app and move everything else into a separate app or apps. I want to be proud about your app again.

Nice app. But unfortunately it’s not true that it’s in English. The app is only in Russian language, so very hard to use for English speakers.

My Uber app reported the need to be updated in Russia. What I got, was this app.
How can it be, that this app is commented in English in the app store, but the whole thing is Russian/Cyrillic on my screen and there is no possibility to switch the language!?

Must have app when you need taxi services in Russia. Service is very good and fair pricing.
Why not 5 stars? Only because of the user interface.
Fix 3 points .. and I will give 4.5 stars ;)
1) Taxi app is not a grocery app.
2) Relevant information: when the taxi is close, show the number plate information in big letters - who cares about “your taxi arrived” - I need to know which car I have to get in
3) map display: selecting a dot on the map is difficult because the map is shown in some low contrast view.

It‘s absolutely must to have this APP when you visit Moskau. Other Taxi drivers want to have 3x more money than the Yandex App shows. The drivers are friendly and arrived quickly. We used this App for 8 Days during the World Cup 2018.
