Some Paris taxi drivers don’t change

Had a G7 driver who refused to take our though the car was big enough. Almost missed our train because of that. Fortunately there is Uber in Paris . Uber drivers are much more customer focused and mich to be preffered.

RIP-off app takes your money without authorisation

Never ever download this app, before taking the cab took multiple times money with random amounts. I had to block my cc.

Works find with a german mobilphone number

Tried nearly every Taxi App for Paris.
This one works fine within the first attempt, thanks from someone who can not speak french.
By the way the most of the App is in Englisch :)

Made for stupid customers

They charge via in app sale the costumer for ordering a taxi. stupid business model. you can also not pay via the app. the worst thing: they start the meter when you make the booking. so i had 6,50 on the meter without driving any meter. hopefully hailo, get raxi or mytaxi will jump on the market and show g7 what vustomer service means.

Beware, unsecure.

First: your password is saved in clear text. Thus, it is basically public (how does apple not check this before approving the App?).
Second: the taxi arrived with the meter running already. In which city is this normal?

Not working for international phone numbers

Registration with an international mobile number not possible, time selection not working.

Il faut appeler le service client pour joindre un chauffeur. Les conducteurs se perdent régulièrement. On s’étonne après pourquoi les gens veulent prendre Uber.

So what? What is the point for all those foreign iPhone users in Paris to get this app, if it will not let you access the taxi service unless you have a FRENCH mobile telephone number? Vive l'égocentrisme français!

Génial! Mais malheureusement des milliers de touristes étrangers ne peuvent pas s'en servir, parce qu'ils n'ont pas de numéro mobile français. Pourquoi ne peut-on pas accéder au service avec un iPhone étranger???!!

The application is good. I used it twice and the service was very good.

I'm only disappointed because it's not available in foreign languages. At least I would expect English if not also Spanish and German.

Taxis are usually used by tourists or business travellers from foreign countries.

L'application est bonne. Je l'ai utilisé deux fois et le service était très bon.

Je suis seulement déçu, car il est pas disponible dans des langues étrangères. Au moins, je voudrais attendre anglais si pas aussi l'espagnol et l'allemand.
