L’app dell’diese App è insufficiente nel su funzionamento. Nessun prendere i carico del apple wallet/passbook. Sarebbero stato una bella idea prendere l’app della Lufthansa come bozza per fare qualcosa di utile.

Cannot import existing booking. Should have invested into functionality instead of a fancy intro screen. Ridiculous.
As soon as I can manage my checkin (seats etc) the app crashes and makes it completely useless
The app is horrible, it doesn't work at all, no possibility to do the check in, plus (and I don't understand the reason) not all the airports are equipped with the barcode scanner for smartphone (included Rome I guess and I hope not in all the boarding desks). So, where is the useful side if the app?!

The core functionality of the app is not working. Have been trying to checkin and shows an error even though the checkin is open. Also it is displaying as open in the open within the app and as closed when trying to checkin from the website. Totally unprofessional!!!
Die Sprache Alitalia ist eine Mischung aus Italienisch und wenig Englisch, für eine internationale Airline definitiv NICHT AUSREICHEND. Außerdem speichert sie keine Flüge oder Boardingkarten.
L’app funziona ed è visivamente intuitiva e ben fatta. Dispiace che per la mia casistica (volo con infante) venga rimandato al sito di diese App e quindi non ci sia possibilità di scaricare la carta d’imbarco sul Wallet. Renderebbe la partenza (col suddetto infante) molto più facile :)
As a couple we got totally different seats, changing this leads to an app crash with an exception. The app stores nothing, I had to input thd ticket numbers numerous times. App is disgusting.
Eigentlich coole App und die Flüge kann man angeben und hat ne gute Übersicht. Aber leider bringt mir das nicht viel, wenn ich nicht mal meine gesammelten Meilen sehen kann oder Einchecken kann..
Sarebbe carino se funzionasse su IPhone la funzionalità Check-in. Sul sito internet è possibile solo stampare la carta d'imbarco (stiamo tornando all'età della pietra....)sull'App proprio non funziona (Impossibile collegarsi al momento) il momento che continua da un giorno.
