I have a German number and never received the Code even though I tried different methods of writing it
Unfortunately there is no message send for registration. Tried with two different german phnoe numbers :(
No chance to receive a verification code to +49 numbers. So this app is useless as you can not even check connections without registration.
It is now 03.01.2026 still need a sms that will not be send to German mobile numbers worst app ever. Fix your stuff, that may not happen ever. You say it happens sometimes… for days? No way! Ah and I forgot only 3 tries in 24h.
Registration does not work. SMS Verification Code can‘t be sent to our mobiles. Neither mine nor my wife‘s one. Maybe because German Phone number?
App „Rejsekort“ (Same Company) SMS did work. No reason not to work in this app.

Installed the App, but the necessary SMS doesn‘t arrive. How can it be that the App is advertised but it doesn‘t work for german users?
No email was send to foreign telefonnumber (german). We tested the process with 3 different smartphones. Therefore we can‘t use the app.
Failed to communicate the recent app change from DOT to diese App and fines its customers who have a VALID ticket in the “wrong” app. Shameful

Train service not available…
I believe that it should be possible to feed live info about trains into the purchase process.
Train clearly is not available, yet I pay and there is no option to request a refund.
For registration they need to send a SMS (for whatever reason this is still necessary nowadays). I got no SMS although retried several times and even two different phone numbers (both German).
At the end it was not possible to get the app running and use the local bus as a tourist.
The idea to combine different public transport providers in one app is great, however the app feels overloaded and buggy. My location is not recognised despite having set the right permissions and even allowing more cookies to improve performance. In that way, no local offers can be found and the otherwise nice idea to just select the number of zones is not usable. Definitely a step backwards compared to the DOT app.
Hello team, as the DOT app works like a charm I’m now struggeling to receive the SMS for diese App. Are there any issues with +49 known ?

In case of Travel more than two Zones and bering not sure about
or Not enough time to Check it would be good to be able to use blue point for Check in and out
used as a tourist, very easy to navigate, reliable and actual information. loved it!
