I love Caroline’s workouts, so obviously I was super excited to discover that she now also has an app. Unfortunately, most of her YouTube programs aren’t listed which makes the workout tracking within the app pretty useless when you (for example) are following the FUEL series. What I also didn’t like too much is the meal section. You can filter for breakfast, lunch, dinner but if you are looking at the full list without filtering it’s not visible at the first or even second glance which category the meals belong to. A little tag would be super helpful. Also, when you looked at a recipe and go back to the list, the app jumps to the top which can be pretty annoying when you already scrolled down a lot.
So even if it’s amazing that there is an app now, I, personally, don’t find it convenient given the fact that I can’t log/track my progress with FUEL plus the meal section could be better designed/developed.
