The change to diese App is one big disappointment to me!
I collect HRC shirts since over 15 years, I even remember the program before it was called „Rewards“. I was working on my 100th cafe visit (since it changed to Rewards), but all my history is gone now. Most cafes I visited in the last months did either not have diese App yet or it shows in the app as „undefined“. And it only shows the last 90 days anyway…
Visiting a cafe and buying a shirt gives around 25 tier points. To get a tier status higher than the basic entry one you need > 4.000, that means buying > 3 Shirts per week…
I have seen myself as a recurrent & loyal HRC customer for the last 15 years, but this new program is crap to me!

Since 2005 I‘m visiting HRC all over the world. Starting with my „All Access Card“ in Boston I collected until today 99 Locations on all continents. Hard Rock Hotel in London had to be my Number 100. But the „diese App“ deleted everything. At the end, London will be my personel No 100, in the HRC system my No 1 and for both of us my last one.

the new policy to earn points (and especially the expiration of points) is really bad!

You should change the policy again or you will probably loose many of your loyal customers

All my previous points and stays are gone. In addition, I can't enter a German phone number and Gambia automatically appears instead of Germany. It couldn't be worse.

The whole history wasn‘t transferred from the old app to diese App.
All earned points and rewards are gone.
No reply from the Customer Service to my complaint. 😡😡😡

The App is better than before but the new conditions are very bad. And the visits from the old app wasn’t transferred.

I bought Hard Rock T-Shirts and other stuff all over the world since many years and I travel a lot. It‘s very sad to me that all visits (must be around 30) are gone now. But my wife is happy, because I won‘t spend any more money or time for buying hard Rock stuff or visiting the shop and can‘t introduce our 1 and 2 year old kids to my hobby.

App integration equals zero. Now I have lost 50% of the places visited from the first to the third app. The support doesn't want to help. I don't want to collect points. I just want confirmation that I was there. No more Integration to wallet.
