I had four drives today and in one car, there was a bottle and paper in the centre console from the previous driver. I did not take care of it and did not report it. Hours later I get a €5 fine for rubbish which was left from someone else. Fortunately, revolut declared this to be fraud and blocked it. diese App Customer Service don‘t care and tell that their service policy doesn’t allow refunds.

I was a frequent user for a couple of weeks before I stopped using it. Some main reasons:

1. Most of the cars are in horrible condition which makes them very unsafe, especially on highways.

2. They try to charge you for everything. As I said the cars are in horrible condition, damages everywhere. Then they charge you for damage on the car which you didn’t cause.

3. Horrible customer service. Extremely unfriendly, try to discuss with you about everything and no chance for solutions.

I would say find monthly rent car rather than using old car which already expensive. In Germany you have for 0.27 per km super A4 Audi or Tesla 3 or Tesla Y or BMW A Model and here even radio doesn’t work properly. Old old horrible scratched cars.

There are more cars at Larnaca Airport then in whole Limassol. Nobody cares to distribute them again. It’s the situation since days, almost weeks.
