It is simply frustrating. Even the payment doesn’t work correctly. Well, the payment goes through, but you will not receive a ticket. Good luck than with the customer service, who is so poorly staffed that it takes you till the end of your planned holidays - which you can’t enjoy cause you don’t have a ticket - till you maybe one day get a refund. Awful and shameful. Malaysian airlines has been great. Now it is only disgraceful.
App is very slow, loading trips takes ages. Boarding cards cannot added to Wallet, only exported as pdf via email 😩
Shame for an app use the website instead

There is absolutely no sence in this app. You can do nothing with it, you even see the programming code shown on each button 😂😂
