Customer service is rude and doesn't reply to emails (or if he does, he gets his first name wrong and is out of touch). In addition, one of my flights was cancelled and I was forced to pay the difference with the new flight. All my flights with cette application were delayed by at least 1 hour. Never again.
I tried to add my booking using reference and also tried to link it to my account online but it is not visible in the app. Also after every failed search the data is cleared which makes it difficult to type repeatedly
