J’ai réservé un hôtel et payer avec ma carte de crédit et je n’ai eu aucune confirmation de mon achat
D’autre part impossible d’enregistrer un numéro de téléphone non indien

After booking my first train and paying, I never got my ticket and seat number. The app doesn't have after sale service. On the internet I found email and phone number to contact them. I got no reply to my emails and could not reach anyone by phone.
The app could only be useful to check availability of trains and fares. I do not recommend.
