They said you can cancel but after impossible to do it. They find a « glitch » and you have nothing to do if you cannot call them… really poor experience. Feel scammed

Great prices often hide extra costs.. I took an additional insurance on Orbitz with my car rental to cover everything in case of damage etc.. and the day I arrived at the airport Sixt told me that they didn’t accept it, so I had to pay another insurance to them to be able to rent the car. So guys, be careful with low prices.
