it tells me I can lose 44kg in 3 months, and gives me as objective to eat 169 calories per day, 89g of protein, -59g of carbs (yes, it tells me to eat negative carbs) and 4g of fat. for someone who doesn’t have nutrition or macro notions, and or for teenagers, these recommendations can be really dangerous, besides being completely absurd.
I thought it’s a proper app that makes calorie counting easier via AI, but looks like it’s a mess

Je trouve ça dommage de ne pas pouvoir mettre la quantité de nourriture si l’on pèse nos aliment. Je trouve aussi bizarre qu’avec 5 entraînement par semaine et voulant prendre environ 1kg par semaine on me conseille de manger uniquement 2000kcal

Seems like a good concept although basic calories estimation was not accurate according to me. Also, no free trial to check whether the app is working quite as good as a classic calorie tracking app. Too much focused on losing weight, unfortunately as many other apps.

150ka pour un yaourt nature 🫣
1000ka pour une moitié de pizza 🫠
