"Manage your accounts where ever you are" is the claim. Well, I now live abroad, but as a cette application customer for about 60 years, I have chosen to keep my UK accounts. But there has been no point in keeping a UK mobile phone. However I can't use this app without a UK registered phone. Seems like a narrow definition of "where ever".
I am sorry, I am not against the gays, I have got a lot of gays Friend, but I think it is not a company, a bank to promote this. And I don’t understand why you change the color of your logo in MY phone!! It is too puchy according me. Thank you to take on consideration this remark. CHD.
Useless if you don’t have a UK phone number you cannot download this App after being a client for over 20 years...

I found this app very restrictive as I moved to another country and don’t have access to my accounts via the app. In effect you need to have a registered UK number to register.
although I have a UK account I live in France and have a French phone. Not possible to use this app. Nil points.
why can’t I register my account with my french mobile number?
The app takes forever to load the slightest info and reloads completely every time I try to multitask. I guess an id check then back to the previous task would be more practical.
Excellent functionality in app. But in pale blue , not enlargeable and very small print makes it v.v.v. difficult to use.
