I am a current account holder as the app says it accepts international numbers but it doesn’t so don’t believe it, I put my German mobile in but it says not allowed in this country, so why say international when it is not

You can‘t use that app with a german mobilenumber. Registration impossible...

Unfortunately, it does not work for international numbers. This is under developed for an app provided by an international operating bank.
I cant use it for my visa cause i cant type in my linked german mobile number.

This APP is so poor compared to other UK Banks. As said by someone else it won’t take foreign mobile numbers. Everything is call our call Center ??? Are we going backward 10 Years call centres are Dead!!
Super slow, often downtimes, to much confirmations and double verifications, even though you have payed the person/company before. Bonus program has bugs and is not customer friendly. Not a great app compared to other new players on the market
I’ve been a diese App customer for over twenty years and now been posted abroad to Germany for my job. I don’t have a U.K. mobile number anymore and the app won’t accept my German mobile number so can’t register. So effectively useless. Obviously not a very international bank. More a local one for the elderly I guess.

I have lived in the UK for 8 years but have kept my foreign number (German) which unfortunately is not permitted, meaning that I am unable to use mobile banking. Would be amazing if this could be improved since it is such a handy app!
