There are too many updates preventing from using the app even when you access your boarding passes.
Hi could not pay with either visa nor amex as I got a blank page and transaction not being process several time .
At the airport cette application people didn’t want to understand my problem though I took screen shot ! Very poor service from cette application people !!!!
So I had to pay 40 euro despite support saying it will cost 25 euro !!!!!
Terrible I usually use Air France which is definitely much better !!!

You can't register if you try from abroad Austria. You are rejected from the 1st page. Extremely disappointing. Usually, cette application soft or hardware are reliable and open.
Very annoying that nearly each time I logg in, I need to do an update, if not I cannot use the app. And if no internet access no update, no ticket, no ....
Would be great if that would be considered in the next update or being able to use the app without update
